The buffet meals were quite enjoyable, the staff's kindness always made us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated. We particularly enjoyed the hot springs and the coloring sheets, which were a hit among children.
There were no Christmas decorations or events in the hotel. Furthermore, the price of the half-board meal plan was steep and not worth it, and some of the restaurants were understaffed, leading to extended wait times. It would have been nicer if the hotel's location was closer to areas of natural beauty within the vicinity.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The spacious rooms were nicely furnished and the hotel facilities were great. The staff were very kind and accommodating to our requests. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location next to the golf course.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is located in a greenfield area next to a beautiful golf course. the rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. There are Onsen spas with five pools and saunas available to use. the breakfast was very good and the coloring sheets for kids were a nice touch.
The hotel is completely disconnected from the surrounding area and requires a car to get to any nearby attractions or scenery.

The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise. It was wonderful to have plenty of room to move around and not feel cramped. The staff were always helpful and polite, which made us feel welcome. The hot springs were so relaxing and made us feel refreshed. We also loved being amidst lush greenery which added to our holiday experience.
We would have loved to take a dip and relax and this was a letdown for us. there was limited information available nearby, and we felt quite disconnected from the area which was a bummer.
